In response to the overwhelming requests… I’ve made a savory, three minute mug treat! Everyone is still raving about my three minute cinnamon roll, three minute caramel roll, and the molten chocolate mug cake. All are “baked” in a mug in your microwave, and all treats take less than 5 minutes from start to finish!

Soooo, without any further ado, here’s my three minute mug pizza! I made myself one for lunch today, and oh my gosh! So good!

Three Minute Pizza {in a mug}:

1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon baking soda

3 Tablespoons milk

1 Tablespoon olive oil

3 to 4 Tablespoons pizza sauce

1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese

1/4 teaspoon dry oregano

pizza toppings (I used chopped onion, minced garlic, and mini pepperoni)

In a mixing bowl, combine: flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, milk, and olive oil. Stir just until ingredients are incorporated.

Butter a large, microwave-safe mug. Spoon dough into mug, and make a divet in the center of the dough. Spoon sauce into divet. Top with cheese, oregano, and desired pizza toppings. Don’t use too many wet toppings or your pizza won’t set up correctly while cooking. I used 1 Tablespoon chopped onion, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, and about 15 mini pepperoni slices.

Place in microwave and cook for 60 seconds, or just until dough is set and puffed around the fillings and the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.

Enjoy!
