polka dot poppyseed dressing {lite version}

Here’s a lightened up version of my polka dot poppyseed dressing! I made the first version for my Four Seasons Fruit Salad. Both dressings are magnificent and can be used interchangeably.

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (any fat content is fine)

1/4 cup real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar OR white vinegar

1/4 cup sugar OR honey

1 heaping Tablespoon poppyseeds

Combine all in a mixing bowl, using a wire whisk, until smooth. Transfer to a canning jar or cruet with a tight fitting lid. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Shake well before each use. This will keep in your refrigerator for one week
