Aw. Thanks Jana 🙂 xoxo
We were married in October last year and had a Mariachi band who played from table to table for the guests. My central american husband was astonished that I had done this and thrilled. One tip I’ll pass along to a future bride is to have the traditional “Jordan almonds”…three to a net bag..but if you google you’ll find the little poem that explains the tradition and we made little cards to attach to the bags for each place. With my coupons from Jo-An fabrics, we made 100 Jordan Almond bags as wedding favors and I had a teenager assemble them for me. They were the hit of the party and the whole thing cost me about $50.
Sounds like a LOVELY celebration, Suzan! Thanks so much for sharing your memories with us! XO 🙂
