I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my darling daughter Andrea at Sakura Sushi Bar here in Red Wing… nigiri, Cali rolls, sashimi, crab rangoon and orange chicken… YUM! Really great Japanese fare and super fresh sushi…if you’re in the area, give it a try ~ I am still savoring each and every page of the most recent issue of  (my favorite) Victoria Magazine and I’m inspired to decorate and cook for our little Valentine’s gathering on February 14th (how do you celebrate?) ~ I’ve been sipping LOTS of tea and munching toast and jam for tea time ~ I made Leek & Egg Saute for a delicious, healthy brekky with my hubby~  I finally watched the last 8 episodes of the AMAZING Breaking Bad (if you haven’t seen this TV show yet, you are in for quite a ride!) ~ I played paper dolls with Maddie May…so fun and nostalgic, I can’t understand how this sweet toy/craft ever went out of style ~ one snowy afternoon I baked a couple loaves of muesli bread that makes lovely French toast (recipe coming soon!) ~  We’ve been enjoying big cups of THIS soup with THESE biscuits!
