Hello Lovelies! I hope you’re all having a great week. It’s strange to be here on a Tuesday, writing a bloggy post that’s not about tea 🙂 As some of you know, I featured my friend Nel’s Battenburg Cake on my Tea Paparazzo facebook page today instead of doing my own TeaTime Tuesday post. To be honest…with ALL of the tea writing, photographing, tasting, tearoom visiting, cooking…that I’ve done over the last few months I’m a little tired. Not of tea, never tea…just tired of talking about it. I’m sure after I submit my second article, and get a little breathing room, I’ll feel differently. There are several tearooms I plan on visiting and writing reviews on this autumn and winter with friends….some of which will even take me outside of Minnesota…but I’ll save that for another post.
So, beginning this evening is the start of another 8 day “Staycation” for us! SO excited. We’re headed out to dinner soon, but I wanted to write a quick post before we go.
Here’s another pizza that we grilled. To make it just follow these instructions for making grilled pizza and red pizza sauce… oven roast a bulb of garlic according to the instructions on this post… spread red sauce over the grilled crust after you flip it, top the pizza with the oven roasted garlic cloves, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, grated parmesan cheese, fresh basil leaves and fresh mushrooms….continue grilling according to the directions.
