3 ingredient vanilla buttercream sprinkle fudge
One of my favorite things on the planet is buttercream frosting. I want to marry it. I’m always the person who asks for the corner piece of bakery cake (the one with the extra frosting.) If you like frosting, you’ll adore this fudge. It’s so delicious. Cute too! This is so easy to make you could have your elementary school-age children make it with minimal supervision. (Hint: Great idea for teachers’ gifts!)
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 (1lb.) container pre-made Pillsbury Funfetti vanilla frosting
the Funfetti sprinkles that come with the frosting
Spray a 9×9 baking pan with Baker’s Joy cooking spray, or oil the pan and then dust lightly with flour.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20 to 30 second increments, stirring well between each burst.
Once chips are melted, stir in the entire container of frosting. Mix well and then transfer to prepared pan. Press into an even layer using your fingers or a rubber spatula. Sprinkle the sprinkles over the top. Gently press them into the fudge. Chill for 2 to 6 hours prior to slicing and serving. This will keep, in a covered container in your refrigerator, for 1 month.
Enjoy!

Thanks, Ali! 🙂 XOXO ~M
I love how you say the fudge will keep in the fridge for a month! It wouldn’t last the hour! LOL
