Here’s a holiday favorite that we make almost every year without fail 🙂 Sometimes we add kiwi, sometimes we don’t. This year we doubled the strawberries. OH. MY. YUM.
a big salad bowl-full of spring greens and/or baby spinach
4-5 cups fresh, sliced strawberries
3 fresh kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced (optional)
1/3 cup very thinly sliced purple onion
1/2 cup lightly salted (shelled) sunflower seeds
freshly ground black pepper
poppyseed dressing, store bought (we like Brianna’s) or homemade
Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss until well combined.
