antiquing treasures
Hello Lovelies! Per your request I have decided to post my thrift store score instead of my staycation day one post. I sooooo appreciate your awesome emails! Thanks again for the interest.
Yesterday Gracie and I took a stroll uptown Red Wing and stopped in at Al’s Antique Mall…and Sally’s (otherwise known as the Salvation Army.) Found a BUNCH of great stuff.
I was wondering…How would you feel if I just started incorporating my antiquing treasures/thrift store score posts into my regular blog posts? I use almost everything I find for my tea and food photography anyway. Two birds, one stone, and all that…
Let me know.
XO,
~Melissa
I collect collections and it appears we have very similar tastes.
Hi Elaine! Well, you’re a kindred spirit then 🙂 please share your treasures on my facebook page (ChinDeep) xoxo
Melissa, you scored darlin’. Beautiful finds!
Hi Tiffany! thanks so much for commenting. I am fortunate to live in a city with some amazing antiquing and thrifting venues 🙂 I’m keeping several of my finds under wraps until my tea book is published. I’m itching to post the photos though! hee hee. xoxo
Oh, I’d love to hear about/see your finds! Because the photos are so pretty like! Yippie!

thanks Movita! 🙂
Great finds! I love the vintage glass and linens!!
I used to love going to the Sally! Found many treasures there. Sadly, the one in my neighborhood is gone and I would have to travel 1/2 hour to the nearest one.
My friend Kath calls Salvation Army “Sally’s” and Goodwill “Goodies” hee hee…so cute 🙂 we pretend we’re boutique shopping.
I just realized that I have a crocheted apron just like that one in white with green stripes!
oh my gosh! how cool Lisa! 🙂
