We enjoyed this wine a couple nights ago for date night on the deck. It’s very balanced, with bold citrus flavors and more delicate floral notes. I think it would be perfect with Lake Superior herring roe, buttery baguette, and brie or with fresh fish and chips and a crisp green salad. This wine screams summer.
