  1. I just learned a cool trick with asparagus. Saute with a little olive oil, fresh garlic and some oyster sauce. I know it sounds weird, but the oyster sauce brings out the flavor in the asparagus. so yum.

  2. believe it or not i’ve actually heard that too! i have found a million ways to do asparagus (I LOVE IT). steam, with lemon and pepper, with parm-reggiano, fine chop on salad, in omelets, long spears with butter, oi vey!! LOVE LOVE LOVE. oh and of course, just like brussels sprouts, with bacon 🙂

  3. I can’t believe I missed a Senses weekend!! Thanks for sharing the ideas for asparagus, I love it too but never know how to make it. Usually just order it when eating out and it’s a “treat” food since I don’t make it at home…
