I’ve always loved Mark Bittman’s “How to Cook Everything.” He is a culinary genius! I just recently discovered his book, “Kitchen Express,” and I have to say I’m in LOVE! EASY, fast, gourmet recipes written out like he’s writing informal recipe cards for friends. (And I kind of like pretending he did write out these recipes just for me…hee hee) All of the chapters are organized by season, and there are so many recipes that will be perfect for friends and family this upcoming spring and summer!
