Here’s another awesome way to enjoy Thanksgiving leftovers! The Turkey Melt Gravy Dipper! Like a French Dip sandwich, but better!
~ preheat oven to 400 degrees F. ~
French rolls, split and buttered
cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
your favorite melting cheese (we used cheddar)

Split rolls and spread a little butter on them. Place them on a baking sheet. Pile with turkey, then a layer of sliced cheese. Place the bun tops next to the sandwiches so they toast while the sandwiches heat and the cheese melts. Place in oven for approximately 10 minutes (or just until meat is hot and cheese is melted.
While the sandwiches are baking, heat the gravy in the microwave or on the stove top. Transfer to ramekins. Once sandwiches are done, plate them and serve with the gravy ramekins for dipping!
