A few days ago I received an awesome shipment from my new partner, Keurig Green Mountain®They sent me a beautiful Keurig® K575 brewer and tons of different Green Mountain Coffee® K-Cup® pods to experiment with in my kitchen. I have so many ideas, but decided to start with a favorite “Fallish” drink of mine and adapt it using my new brewer. This photo reminded me of witch’s brew bubbling over in a mug, so I thought a cute, Halloween title would be appropriate.
This drink is rich, creamy, caramely, pumpkiny, and offers a touch of spice. I hope you love it as much as I do.
*Note: You’ll need a Keurig® brewer to make this beverage.
for one drink:
1 Green Mountain Coffee® Pumpkin Spice Coffee K-Cup® pod
4 oz. milk of your choice
1 shot caramel syrup (such as Torani)
sweetened whipped cream OR frothed milk
caramel sauce (homemade or store bought)
coarse sea salt
Brew the pumpkin spice coffee K-Cup pod on the 6 oz. setting. While the coffee is brewing, heat milk in the microwave or on your stove top. Add hot milk to the hot coffee. Stir in the caramel syrup. Top drink with whipped cream or frothed milk, a generous drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of cinnamon and sea salt.
