What’s for breakfast? How about one of these delicious, creamy, Pina Colada smoothies? They’re loaded with healthy stuff, and would make a great post-workout treat, lunch, or snack too!

for 2 big smoothies:

1 cup plain greek yogurt

1/2 cup coconut milk (the thick, creamy, canned type)

2 frozen bananas

1 heaping cup fresh pineapple chunks, frozen

handful of ice

1 Tablespoon honey, if needed

1/2 teaspoon bourbon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

whipped cream, (optional)

maraschino cherries, (optional)

Place everything, except for the whipped cream and cherries, in the bowl of a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
