tasting :: organic fair food and one of my favorite salads for dinner ~ strawberries, spinach, chevre, candied pecans, grilled chicken and two different kinds of homemade dressing

hearing :: the Ditch Lilies play beautiful folk music

smelling :: gyros, corn dogs, and kettle corn

knowing :: It was a beautiful day, and now I’m thankful to be home in the lovely air conditioning…sipping vino and reading this book
