a six senses post
seeing :: some of my vintage table linens drying in the breeze on my new clothesline that the hubby installed for me. Thanks hubby! …pickles, sauces, jams, syrups, preserves, baked goods, bison, honey, produce and even some baby goats as we perused the stalls at the Red Wing Farmer’s Market… the gorgeous hanging flower baskets that line our downtown streets…trolleys giving visitor tours
hearing :: live music… the trains passing and sometimes stopping at the depot
smelling :: fresh flowers and vegetables
tasting :: a refreshing iced tea from our new local co-op…and my grandpa’s recipe for the best potato salad known to man
feeling :: like taking a hammock nap and reading a good book
knowing :: “Summer afternoon—summer afternoon; to me those have always been the two most beautiful words in the English language.” ~Henry James
What are you up to this weekend?

Beautiful post and photos are such a delight for the eyes!
thank you Svetlana 🙂 what a sweet thing to say. I appreciate the compliment. Thanks for visiting! xo
I wish I could be in those pictures right now 🙂 Lovely vintage table linens, by the way, they were first to draw my attention 😉
glad you like them, Svetlana! I just love hanging them on the clothesline in the summer and scenting them with lavender water 🙂
You’re a connoisseur 😉
