~sour cream poundcake & honey bourbon nectarines~
A delicious summer treat!
I used THIS RECIPE for the cake
(you could use a bakery pound cake if you’d like)
I split the pieces in half horizontally
slathered on a little lemon curd
sandwiched the two halves together
and topped them with
~honey bourbon nectarines~
simply slice nectarines in a bowl
add a drizzle of honey
a sprinkle of bourbon (2-3 Tablespoons)
Spoon over cake.
Top with whipped cream
and a little lime zest.
