A Royal Wedding Afternoon Tea

Today I got to celebrate the royal wedding with two lovely friends.

What a fun, fun day!

What better way for Anglophiles to celebrate the royal wedding

then to have an afternoon tea?

with gorgeous tea sandwiches…

fruit, Devon cream and lemon curd…

triple berry, apple cinnamon and raspberry white chocolate scones…

and a champagne toast…

complete with wonderful chocolates…

and a slice of Princess Diana’s decadent wedding cake!

Oh!

and of course, we watched the fairytale wedding…

It was such a gorgeous, romantic day! My friend Linda outdid herself! and I made a (much smaller version) of Princess Diana’s wedding cake 🙂 ….I’ll be posting the recipe over at Tea Paparazzo very soon! xoxo
