Here’s another super easy recipe for fudge! Everyone loves my recipe for 5 Minute Fudge, but if you happen to have a can of frosting in your pantry you can whip up a small batch of Frosting Fudge! So delicious!

The white chocolate is an optional ingredient in this recipe. You can omit it, or substitute 1/2 cup of another candy such as M&Ms, crushed Heath bars, chopped up Ande’s mints, or whatever you like!

1 container (1 lb.) premade chocolate frosting (I use Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy)

2 cups milk chocolate chips OR semi sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup white chocolate chips (or M&Ms… or crushed Heath bars or…)

Spray a 9×9 cake pan with Baker’s Joy spray (or oil pan and dust with a light coating of flour.)

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate in 15 second increments, stirring between each 15 second burst. Once melted, stir in frosting.

Spread half of the frosting mixture in bottom of prepared pan in even layer. Sprinkle with desired candy (I used white chocolate chips.) Spread the rest of the frosting mixture over the candy. Press so everything is an even layer in the pan.

Cover. Refrigerate for 1 to 6 hours prior to cutting into squares.

Enjoy!
