This cocoa is incredibly rich and wonderful. We adore all of the smore’s toppings. The toasted marshmallows make this cocoa especially yummy! Enjoy while sitting around a cozy campfire with people you love.
for one serving:
3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
pinch of cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk, heated
1/2 cup half & half, heated
1/2 of a Hershey’s chocolate bar (or your favorite)
4 toasted marshmallows
1 Tablespoon crumbled graham cracker
Toast 4 marshmallows and set aside.
Mix cocoa, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large mug. Stir in heated milk and half & half until everything is well combined. Top with the toasted marshmallows. Place chocolate bar in mug and sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top of everything. Allow chocolate to melt into the cocoa and serve with extra graham crackers for dipping.
