There are a LOT of versions of this tropical banana cocktail out there but my daughter makes them better than anyone else. They’re SO good! Ready?

this recipe makes one big drink:

In the bowl of a blender, combine:

1 oz. dark rum

1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish cream

1/2 oz. Kahlua

1/2 of a large banana, cut into pieces

splash of simple syrup

big handful of ice

Blend until smooth and adjust ingredients to your liking. You can serve this with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry on top, if you like.
