ginger cream steak

I’ve been experimenting with new sauces for steak. I’ve invented a few that I think you are going to LOVE… starting with this yummy little number 😉

2 heaping Tablespoons ginger jam/spread (I love this one by The Ginger People!)

1/4 cup Ponzu sauce

2 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce

2 Tablespoons peanut oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup cream

Place all sauce ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Place in a jar with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to serve. Drizzle over grilled steaks and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and black sesame seeds.
