Today’s lunch….black cherry malts! Do you ever substitute ice cream for a meal in the summer? We do. Several times a summer actually. Try it. And if you find that you’re feeling guilty for some strange reason…add a handful of fresh berries! Voila. Health food 🙂
for one large malt:
6 generous scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream
1 heaping cup pitted, sweet, black cherries
1/3 cup malt powder
1/4 cup whole milk
Pulse in blender until smooth and creamy.
Top with real whipped cream…and a cherry, of course!
