Jeff brought a bottle of this home a few nights ago and we both really liked it. Pinot Grigio is a great wine to sip in the summer, and this one was particularly good with grilled chicken on salad with lemon honey vinaigrette.
Have you tried any new wines lately that you enjoyed?

I’m always trying new wines. I need to start writing them down because I almost never buy the same bottle twice! Recently tried Apothic Red Winemaker’s Blend (http://www.apothic.com/wine.html) and the one I really loved, and need to go back for, was the “Red” at the Stillwater Northern Vineyard. I know what I like for white wines, so have been trying to more reds to get comfortable with them.
LOVE Apothic Red! And I love “Main Street Red” from Northern Vineyard too. I really enjoy red wine in the autumn and winter…and drink whites almost exclusively in the Spring and Summer. 🙂
