I started posting a “word of the day” on the bistro board that hangs on our dining room wall…

My commitment for the “Day Zero” Project is to expand my vocabulary by 100 words in the next 1001 days, but I think I love this word a day thing too much to ever stop.

Here are the answers to the “50 Questions That Will Free Your Mind Survey.” Personally, this isn’t the most thought provoking questionnaire I’ve ever completed…and for some reason there are 51…

15.    What’s something you know you do differently than most people? I actually follow my heart and my instincts.

What a thought-provoking list of questions. I think it’s interesting that the answers can be so short, but what the answer is reveals so much about what makes each of us who we are.

These kind of surveys are fun to do and fun to read! I have a book with some of these questions in there, and it can be interesting to sit down with another person and discuss whatever page we open up to randomly. Always interesting!

OH and I love Word of the Day – I use to have word of the week on FB posts. Might have to go back to that again, and incorporate it into a writing excerise!

Thanks for commenting Kimber. Yes, word of the week is what “word of the day” is sort of turning into. Just keeping the word up for one day doesn’t seem to be enough time to commit it to memory. That’s okay. I have until June of 2013 to complete the 100 words.
