My friend Tracy treated me to a sweet little bottle of “Relax” aromatherapy spray by a wonderful company out of Waialua Hawaii, called Hawaiian Bath & Body. It smells so great, and it’s a cooling treat for after tanning.

You could either order some, or if you have a little time on your hands, you could make some!

Invigorating Body Spritz

Fill a clean, dry mini spray bottle with 4 oz. distilled water. Add:

1 drop eucalyptus essential oil

2 drops geranium essential oil

3 drops peppermint essential oil

Cover. Shake well before each use.

Tranquility Body Spritz

Fill a clean, dry mini spray bottle with 4 oz. distilled water. Add:

2 drops bergamot essential oil

3 drops lavender essential oil

2 drops frankinsense essential oil

Cover. Shake well before each use.
