Happy National Coffee Day! I have an all new, delicious, cozy cuppa for you to enjoy just in time for the celebration today, and all days, because shouldn’t every day be a coffee day?

I don’t know about you, but here in Minnesota we love our pure maple syrup. It’s the perfect flavor for autumn, so I decided to create a mocha featuring maple. It’s sweet, warming, and creamy. Mmmmm….

2 Tablespoons white chocolate chips
1/3 cup to 1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond)
1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pure maple extract
1 Green Mountain Coffee® Autumn Harvest Blend® K-Cup® pod
whipped cream
maple cookie
cinnamon

Melt the white chocolate chips in a little ramekin in your microwave. Heat the milk in a big mug. Whisk the chocolate into the hot milk. Add maple syrup and maple extract. Stir well.

Brew the Green Mountain Coffee® Autumn Harvest Blend® K-Cup® pod with your Keurig® brewer for a 4 or 6 oz. beverage. Pour brewed cup of coffee into the chocolate maple mixture. Stir well. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, and a cute maple cookie. YUM!

Enjoy!
