I don’t know about you, but I love having fresh herbs for my cooking. One of my favorite ways to use fresh herbs is in tea sandwiches… herbes de Provence mixed with cream cheese makes a wonderful spread for topping French baguette, fresh basil is lovely on cucumber sandwiches…dill with smoked salmon…the list goes on and on, and the possibilities are endless.

Above are the simple instructions for starting a window tea-herb garden. Now, even in the middle of a cold, snowy winter, you can have the luxury of fresh herbs for your cooking.

Enjoy and Happy Teatime Tuesday!

XO,

~Melissa
