“I’m constantly exploring in my art – not afraid to try new things – not afraid to fail. Really, what’s the worst that can happen? I’ve wasted a little paint. I just paint over it and the underlying ‘failed experiment’ just adds to the richness of the new image.” ~Tim Nyberg

Hello friends! We’re featuring another guest artist, and friend of mine, Tim Nyberg, on ChinDeep today. Tim is a phenomenal artist who creates out of his beautiful studio, Gallery 42, in Door County Wisconsin. He is also the co-author of the famous and hilarious “Duct Tape Books.”

We got to meet Tim while touring Door County a few years ago, and I’m not ashamed to say I gushed a little when I shook his hand. We talked with him and sipped a little vino while he worked on a painting and had a great time viewing his original art. He’s not only a talented artist, he’s one of the most friendly, and down to earth people you’ll ever meet. I highly recommend stopping at his gallery the next time you’re visiting the Door County peninsula. His artwork is AWESOME! Check out his paintings, blog and other fun information on his website at galleryfortytwo.com

Another friend, fellow author, and blogger, Rick DiBiasio, featured Tim as a guest artist awhile back, and I love the article he wrote about him. Couldn’t have said it better myself!
